Pakeeza is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday, Monday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

• Shipping charges within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of Items bought
• We do free Shipping when your purchase is above INR 8500

Return Policy:

• If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us within 2-3 working days and ship it back to us within a week. Kindly note, Pakeeza will not arrange for the pick up or bear the courier cost. We will refund you the product price. The courier charges are not refundable.
• Return should happen within 7 working days
• Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
  • If the product exhibits any physical damage

Refund Policy:

Refund will be made to the customer account via NEFT/IMPS within 4 working days.

1. Can a customized combination or design be made?

   We are unable to customize a single kurta, saree or dress as it is difficult to just make one piece, as the production cost goes higher. However for pure georgette we can customize.

2. How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

   We ship within 2-3 days of you placing the order. For international shipping it takes about 10-12 days. In case of any exception we would call and inform you.

3. Do all stitched kurtas come with a lining?

   If a particular product comes with a lining, it will specifically be mentioned in the product description. If you want a lining with your order, please call us on 7755915311 or drop in an email on [email protected]. A cotton or butter crape lining can be provided as per your requirement and it will be chargeable.

4. What are the shipping charges for domestic and international shipping?

   We have a flat Domestic shipping rate of 150 INR, irrespective of the number of products bought. We have free shipping on purchase of above 8500 INR. For International shipping, the charges will be at actual.

5. What are the modes of payment?

   Payment can be done via Online Payment - NEFT /IMPS/ Google Pay.

6. Can I order through Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook?

   We do accept orders through these mediums.

7. What is the return Policy?

   In case you do not like our product or do not find it satisfactory, you would have to ship the product back to us to our office address, available on our website. Please do let us know within 2 days of you receiving the product. Once we receive the product, we would do a quality check and once it passes the check we would refund the product amount. The courier cost is non refundable.

8. What is the exchange policy?

   In case you want to exchange the product, with some other product, you may do so. You would have to inform us within 2 days of the product received and ship it to our office address. Once we receive the product, we will ship you the product of your choice. Courier charges of INR 150/- will be charged.

9. Is exchange possible for products that have been customized?

   Once a product has been customized, it cannot be returned.

10. Would someone come and pick the order from my place in case of return or exchange?

    We do not have a COD facility available, so you will have to ship it back to us. Courier charges are non refundable.

11. Is COD option available?

    We currently do not have COD facility.

12. What if the product is defective?

    If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. Since we do not have reverse shipping, you would have to ship the product back to us. We would refund you a maximum amount of 150 INR for reverse shipping. We would need a photo copy of the shipping receipt for the refund. Once we receive the defective product, we will ship you another product immediately or we can refund the amount you paid while placing order.

13. What has to be done in case of fitting issues?

    We recommend you to first check our size chart before placing an order. In case you do face any fitting issues we can surely exchange it for you. Or we can fix it for you.

14. Do you take bulk orders?

    Yes we do take bulk orders, but due to low margin we would be able to offer you 10% discount only after a purchase of 50,000 INR.

15. Can I get a call or message once the product is back in stock?

    Please mail us your inquiry on pakeezachikankar[email protected] and we will mail you back as soon as its re-stocked.

16. I am missing an item, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!)

17. I placed an order twice?

    In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the order. Do contact us immediately. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.

18. Can I make payment through card at your office?

    Yes, we do accept cards at our office.

    We have tied up with reputed courier company DTDC. You will receive a mail with your tracking details once we dispatched your order. You can track your order 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

    Products on our website are handmade .We take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc. and the actual product... and we believe imperfection adds to the charm of chikankari.
